"I am 83 years old. When I was 14 and had a motor scooter I bought State Farm insurance. I still have State Farm insurance, house, cars, rentals, trailers, everything I have. I have never shopped State Farm. More than the price I want the insurance co. When I got smoke damage and had to move out for a month they were there. Carrie Maddux has always been there to help me and my family. When you find an agent that represents you. Stay with them no matter the cost."

"ERIKAAAA is very rude and unprofessional!!! Terrible customer service. My mother whom is an elderly lady spoke to her twice and she was very rude to her. My mother had her on speaker and Erika was annoyed and unprofessional. Due to the poor service here we will be moving to a different agent! Erika please seek therapy and learn to be kind!!!!"
