I can not express how much this company has helped us. I've had bad experiences with other agents however with Carrie Madduxs Office it's the complete opposite. ERICA HAS BEEN VERY helpful, always available to our questions and needs. I completely recommend them.

Very rude, I just switched right now from State Farm to all state. We called several times to see if you guys can help me out to cancel, whoever is working today 1/28 at 4:30 hung up on me , my wife and the all state agent helping us. No wonder you guys have low stars DO NOT recommend go somewhere else that will help you and answer your phone.

They seemed nice but wouldn't let a paying customer use their restroom. Not nice. She said security reasons but I don't agree at all. We pay a ton of money, if we have to go to the bathroom, have some manners and let us.
